CHAPTER 30 : AN OPEN LETTER TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF AUSTRALIA REGARDING THE WIRETAPPING OF MY PHONE

Article 17 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights states :

“No one shall be subjected to arbitrary or unlawful interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence”.

This open letter to you is to protest the unjustified and illegal violation of my fundamental human right to privacy in that ASIO and/or any other government agency has been wiretapping and recording my phone communications for over 35 years, all in secret and without my consent. In actual fact it is doubtful that ASIO itself does really know what it has been doing to me, and the far reaching implications of those
arbitrary and unlawful wiretappings. My article below provides more details of the true reasons for those wiretappings.

The wiretapping of my phone has been instigated by Israel’s government clandestine arm for the only purpose of harassing and punishing me and my children for my political views, namely, for my opposition as a peace activist to zionism and for my activities for a just peace in the Middle East. Exploiting the good relations between the two governments, it is very likely that the pretext for Israel’s request for wiretapping my phone was given as “national security” or a similar false excuse, rather than the truth which is harassment and punishment of myself and of my children for my political views.

My daughter has been under compulsory psychiatric treatment in Melbourne for 31 years now, and my son for 17 years, and both have been and are still very talented, bright normal adults who have never been in the need of any psychiatric treatment. Their compulsory “treatment”, which has been no more than very dangerous torture, has been instigated and insisted on by that same clandestine arm of the State of Israel. The tapping of my phone conversations allowed the culprits to monitor every move I have made to get my daughter and my son out of the psychiatric trap, and to undermine all my efforts to save them, so much so that their psychiatrists tormentors still refuse to let go of them. The supposedly psychotic symptoms which provide the excuse for their continuous psychiatric torture are actually the results of the potent Antipsychotic drugs they have been forced to consume daily as if “necessary medications“.

THE NIGHTLY TORTURE OF SLEEP DEPRIVATION INFLICTED ON ME BY THE ZIONIST GESTAPO* CONTINUES UNABATED IN MY NEW RESIDENCE TOO

As I managed to find a flat for a reasonable rent in Dandenong, Victoria, Australia, I wrongly believed it would mean an end to my nightly harassment by the zionist Gestapo. The reality, however, is that as soon as I moved in late November, 2008 - beginning from my first night in the new address ! - the nightly harassment by the zionist Gestapo has continued unabated every night by depriving me of the minimal sleep all human beings need to be able to survive and to function. The zionist Gestapo torture experts are very good at it, as they have gained their “skills” by the systematic torture of many thousands of Palestinian political prisoners in occupied Palestine.

This nightly deprivation of my sleep by the zionist Gestapo had began in early 2001, following my return from hospital where a tumour was removed from my colon. Obviously, the purpose of the zionist Gestapo since then has been to kill me by causing the cancer growth in my body to emerge again, or by making my life unbearable, or both. There is no other precedent to such brutality against an
Israeli anti zionist of jewish background, not even in the cases of Israelis who have been imprisoned for “espionage” and/or for “treason” ! Bear in mind also that torturing me has been only the minor brutality in comparison with the long ongoing psychiatric torture of my daughter and of my son here in Australia, psychiatric torture instigated and insisted upon by the zionist Gestapo !

There can be no doubt that the zionist Gestapo has been aided and abated by ASIO, the Australian secret police in mine and my children‘s torture. In my case I know that for sure, following an investigation by two Australian parliamentarians into the refusal to grant me Australian citizenship, more than 30 years ago. It had emerged from their investigations that Asio’s objections on behalf of the zionist Gestapo to approving my application for citizenship was the stumbling block. Moreover, by denial of citizenship to me the zionist Gestapo was preventing me from working as a lawyer here as well as leaving me vulnerable for deportation.

However, the worst part of ASIO’s collaboration with the zionist Gestapo was to let the zionist Gestapo wiretap and record all my phone conversations ( its favourite method of stalking and spying on its victims) which it has been doing to me over the past 40 years. The recent ongoing nightly harassment of myself by the zionist Gestapo proves that, because the only way it could find out immediately my new address and continue without “missing” a single night of my nightly harassment there is by tapping my phone !

This collaboration with and aiding of the zionist Gestapo is not only immoral, it is illegal by Australian law too, and it is a violation of a fundamental human right. The harassment and attempts on my life by the zionist Gestapo have no justification whatsoever, as it is a vendetta against me for holding my political views that zionism is wrong, and for daring to expose the war crimes and crimes against humanity perpetrated by the zionist apartheid regime of Israel ! I have been all my life a peace activist, and hold that no peace in Middle East can be a lasting peace, unless it is a just peace. Should I be punished for that by an Australian government agency ?

As for Mossad, according to ex-Mossad Colonel Victor Ostrovsky (see his book, By Way of Deception etc. N.Y. 1990) it has a special department which specialises in assassinations, and it has been trafficking huge quantities hard drugs on a world scale, as well as engaged in drugs money laundering (a lucrative criminal job it subcontracted to the Hassidic Lubavitch sect in the USA).

During the “cold war” between the USA and the USSR Mossad had acted as sub-contractor for the CIA in support of military dictators in Africa and in South America. Thus, it trained the perpetrators of genocide against indigenous people of South America (see, for example, Dangerous Liaison by A&L Cockburn, N.Y. 1991). Similarly, in South Africa during the apartheid regime there, it had trained the apartheid “security” forces against the opponents of apartheid.

So the clandestine arm of the zionist apartheid regime of Israel has surpassed even the Gestapo of Hitler’s Nazi Germany in its brutality and in its large scale human rights violations.

The global economy is being sucked into a black hole and most Americans have no idea why. The whole problem can be narrowed down to two words; "structured finance".

Structured finance is a term that designates a sector of finance where risk is transferred via complex legal and corporate entities. It's not as confusing as it sounds. Take a mortgage-backed security (MBS), for example. The mortgage is issued by a bank (the loan originator) which then sells the mortgage to a brokerage where it is chopped up into tranches (pieces of the loan) and sold in a pool of mortgages to investors that are looking for a rate that is greater than Treasurys or similar investments. The process of transforming debt ("the mortgage") into a security is called securitization. At one time, the MBS was a reasonably safe investment because the housing market was stable and there were relatively few foreclosures. Thus, the chance of losing one's investment was quite small.

In the early years of the Bush administration, Wall Street took advantage of the gigantic flow of capital coming into the country ($700 billion per year via the current account deficit) by creating more and more MBSs and selling them to foreign banks, hedge funds and insurance companies. It was real gold rush. Because the banks were merely the mortgage originators, they didn't believe their own money was at risk, so they gradually lowered lending standards and issued millions of loans to unqualified applicants who had no job, no collateral and a bad credit history. Securitization was such a hit, that by 2005, nearly 80 percent of all mortgages were securitized and the traditional criteria for getting a mortgage was abandoned altogether. Subprimes, Alt-As and ARMs flourished, while the "30 year fixed" went the way of the Dodo. Lenders were no longer constrained by "creditworthiness"; anyone with a pulse and a pen could get approved. The mortgages were then shipped off to Wall Street where they were sold to credulous investors.

The disaggregation of risk--spreading the risk to many investors via securitization--was as much of a factor in the creation of "the largest equity bubble in history", as the banks lax lending standards or Greenspan's low interest rates. By spreading risk throughout the system, securitization keeps interest rates artificially low because the real risks are not properly priced. The low interest rates, in turn, stimulate speculation which results in equity bubbles. Eventually, credit expansion leads to crisis when borrowers can no longer make the interest payments on their loans and defaults spiral out of control. This forces massive deleveraging and the fire-sale of assets in illiquid markets. As assets lose value, prices fall and the economy enters a deflationary cycle.

There are many types of of structured instruments including asset-backed securities (ABS), mortgage-backed securities (MBS), collateralized debt obligations (CDOs) and collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) all of which provide a revenue stream from loans that were chopped into tranches and turned into securities. There are many problems with these complex securities, the biggest of which is that there is no way to unravel the individual pools of loans to isolate the bad paper. That's why subprime mortgages had such a destructive affect on the secondary market, because--even though subprimes only defaulted at a rate of roughly 5 percent--MBS sales slumped nearly 90 percent. Why? Former Secretary of the Treasury Paul O'Neill explained it like this: "It's like you have 8 bottles of water and just one of them has arsenic in it. It becomes impossible to sell any of the other bottles because no one knows which one contains the poison."

Exactly right. So why weren't these structured debt-instruments "stress tested" before the markets were reworked and the financial system became so dependent on them?

Greed. Because the real purpose of these exotic investments is not to provide true value to the buyer, but to maximize profits for the seller by increasing leverage. That is the real purpose of MBS, CDOs and all the other bizarre-sounding derivatives; higher profits with less capital. It's a scam. Here's how it works: A mortgage applicant buys a house for $400,000 and puts 10 percent down. His mortgage is sold to Wall Street, chopped into pieces, and stitched together in a pool of similar loans. Now the brokerage can use the debt as if it were an asset, borrowing at ratios of 20 or 30 to 1 to fatten the bottom line. When Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were taken into conservatorship by the government, they were leveraged at an eye-popping 100 to 1. This shows that nearly an infinite amount of debt can be precariously balanced atop a paltry amount of capital. This explains why the $4 trillion aggregate value of the 5 big investment banks and the $1.7 trillion value of the hedge funds is now vanishing more quickly than it was created. Once the mighty gears of structured finance shift into reverse, deleveraging begins with a vengeance pulling trillions into a credit vacuum.

It all started when two Bear Stearns hedge funds defaulted in July 2006 and there were no offers for their MBS and other structured investments. Panic quickly spread to every corner of Wall Street as the alchemists of modern finance began to see that their worst nightmare might be realized, that trillions of dollars of Frankenstein investments could be worth nothing at all.

Since the Bear Stearns funds fiasco, there have been huge explosions in the financial markets. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Wachovia, Washington Mutual, Indybank, AIG, Lehman Bros and other industry giants have either gone under or been forced into shotgun weddings by the FDIC. The stock market has plunged over 40 percent and suffered wild gyrations not seen since the 1930s. The entire Wall Street landscape has changed completely. Investment banking is no longer a viable business model; the Big 5 have either vanished or transformed themselves into holding companies to escape short sellers. The hedge funds have been deleveraging with a ferocity that has sent sent stocks and commodities crashing. In one day last week, the stock market plunged 300 points in the morning only to bounce back 550 points a few hours later; a whopping 850 point-spread in one trading day! No one but a madman would dabble in this market. Cautious investors have pulled up stakes and moved to the safety of Treasurys. Meanwhile, the financial tsunami is roaring through the real economy where consumer confidence has plummeted, unemployment is soaring and retail sales have fallen to historic lows. The downdraft from the financial markets has flattened Main Street and set the stage for a humongous $500 billion stimulus package to be delivered in the first few months of the Obama administration. The meltdown appears to be playing out much like Henry Paulson anticipated. According to Bloomberg News : "Shortly after leaving Wall Street as Goldman Sachs' CEO, Henry Paulson was at Camp David warning the president and his staff of "over-the-counter derivatives as an example of financial innovation that could, under certain circumstances, blow up in Wall Street's face and affect the whole economy." (PAUL B. FARRELL, "30 reasons for Great Depression 2 by 2011", MarketWatch)

So far, the Federal Reserve has provided nearly $2 trillion through its lending facilities just to keep the financial system upright. The Treasury is currently distributing $700 billion to key banks and other financial institutions that are perceived to be "too big to fail". In truth, the "too big to fail" mantra is a just public relations hoax to conceal the web of counterparty deals that make it impossible for one institution to fail without dominoing through the rest of the system and wreaking havoc. That's why AIG is still on life-support with regular injections of taxpayer money; because it had roughly $4 trillion of credit default swaps (structured "hedges" that are not traded on a regulated exchange) for which AIG does not have sufficient capital reserves. In other words, the taxpayer is now paying the debts of an insurance company that didn't set aside the money to pay its claims. (As yet, No SEC indictments for securities fraud) In fact, the Fed and Treasury are now providing a backstop for the entire structured finance system which is frozen solid and shows no sign of thawing any time soon.

This is not a normal recession, which is a downturn in the business cycle and "a period of reduced economic activity" usually brought on by a mismatch between supply and demand. (that ends in two quarters of negative growth) The present situation is much more grave; it is the utter destruction of a system that was developed fairly recently and has proven to be thoroughly dysfunctional. It cannot withstand the effects of tighter credit or adverse market conditions. This is not a cyclical downturn; the structured finance system has collapsed leaving behind a multi-trillion dollar capital hole that is bringing the broader economy to its knees.

One by one, we have seen the structured instruments fail; mortgage-backed securities (MBS), collateralized debt obligations (CDOs), credit default swaps (CDS), commercial paper (CP), auction rate securities. Now we are seeing investors boycott anything related to structured investments. This is from Mish's Global Economic Trend Analysis:

"There were NO sales of bonds backed by credit-card payments in October, the first time since 1993, when the asset-backed securities market was in its infancy. Yields on top-rated credit card bonds relative to benchmark interest rates reached a record high of 525 basis points more than the London interbank offered rate, or Libor, last week, according to Bank of America Corp. data."

Wall Street has turned off the faucet for securitized investments. That market is toast. The only reason that Libor and the other gauges of interbank lending have normalized is because the Fed guaranteed money markets and commercial paper. It has nothing to do with trust between the banks themselves. There is no trust. Even so, the banks are not capable of making up for the vast amount of credit which was produced by the now-defunct investment banks and hedge funds which are constrained by losses of nearly $3.5 trillion; half of their total value. In the best case scenario, bank credit will only shrink 15 or 20 percent, which will put the US on track for a deep "18 month to 2 year" recession rather than another Great Depression.

Paulson's attempt to divert $30 billion to non-bank financial institutions to revive loan securitization when there is no appetite among investors for such structured junk is pure folly. More troubling, is that neither Paulson nor Bernanke have a Plan B; an alternate scheme for rebuilding the financial markets on a solid, sustainable foundation rather than low interest rates and pools of debt. Everything they have done so far, suggests that they are focused on one thing alone; inflating another equity bubble. "Inflate or die", as the saying goes; and Bernanke intends to achieve this objective using the same tools that brought us to the brink of catastrophe. Here's a clip from a recent speech by Bernanke which shows his determination to prop up the broken system:

"The ability of financial intermediaries to sell the mortgages they originate into the broader capital market by means of the securitization process serves two important purposes: First, it provides originators much wider sources of funding than they could obtain through conventional sources, such as retail deposits; second, it substantially reduces the originator's exposure to interest rate, credit, prepayment, and other risks associated with holding mortgages to maturity, thereby reducing the overall costs of providing mortgage credit."

Sorry, Ben, the funding has dried up and the banks have shown no interest in going back to the days of conventional "30-year fixed" mortgages. It's a dead letter. The Fed and Treasury need to stop looking for ways to reflate the bubble and work to restore confidence in the markets by increasing regulation and reducing the amount of leverage that's allowable to 12 to 1. After all, it's no coincidence that AIG, Fannie and Freddie, Lehman Bros, General Motors, General Electric have all fallen off a cliff at the very same time. They are all victims of the same low interest, easy money finance swindle which allowed them to roll over huge amounts of short-term debt at artificially low cost. When Bear blew up; lending tightened, demand weakened, and credit was flushed from the system at an unprecedented pace. Borrowing short for long-term investments is not feasible when credit becomes scarce, but it's not because the banks aren't lending. That's just another myth that keeps the public from seeing what's really going on. As Jon Hilsenrath points out in his Wall Street Journal article, "Banks Keep Lending, but that isn't easing the crisis", that is not the case:

"Banks actually are lending at record levels. Their commercial and industrial loans, at $1.6 trillion in early November, were up 15% from a year earlier and grew at a 25% annual rate during the past three months, according to weekly Federal Reserve data. Home-equity loans, at $578 billion, were up 21% from a year ago and grew at a 48% annual rate in three months....The numbers point to one of the great challenges of the crisis. The credit crunch is surely real, but it is complex and not easily managed. Banks are lending, but they're also under serious strain as they act as backstops to a larger problem -- the breakdown of securities markets..The worst of the credit crisis is being felt not in banks but in financial markets..."

The banks are not to blame. There is a generalized contraction of credit in the non-bank financial system where structured finance has blown up and taken half of Wall Street with it. It's the end of an era. Here's how economist Henry C. K. Liu sums it up in his "Open Letter to World Leaders attending the November 15 White House Summit on Financial Markets and the World Economy":

"Neoliberal economists in the last three decades have denied the possibility of a replay of the worldwide destructiveness of the Great Depression that followed the collapse of the speculative bubble created by unfettered US financial markets of the 'Roaring Twenties'. They fooled themselves into thinking that false prosperity built on debt could be sustainable with monetary indulgence. Now history is repeating itself, this time with a new, more lethal virus that has infested deregulated global financial markets with 'innovative' debt securitization, structured finance and maverick banking operations flooded with excess liquidity released by accommodative central banks. A massive structure of phantom wealth was built on the quicksand of debt manipulation. This debt bubble finally imploded in July 2007 and is now threatening to bring down the entire global financial system to cause an economic meltdown unless enlightened political leadership adopts coordinated corrective measures on a global scale."

Rome is burning. It's time to stop tinkering with a failed system and move on to "Plan B" before it's too late.

Chapter 28 : FENDING OFF THE DEADLIEST ATTEMPT ON MY LIFE

When I wrote chapter 16 on this blog about one year ago, under the title, Overcoming Cancer, it was with great exhilaration at my own success as well as my appreciation of Dr. Ruth Cilento’s great book, Heal Cancer.

So great was my exhilaration that I considered the nightly harassment by the zionist Gestapo as too trivial to even mention. However, the zionist Gestapo never considered it trivial, as it became clear to me over the past 14 months. The zionist Gestapo had drilled into the head of the poor idiot who lives above my flat, and who woke me up every night, that he must stop me from producing my daily life saving mugs of juice - apple juice in the morning, and carrot juice in the afternoon. I know that the poor idiot was so keen on that - and apparently expecting a large reward for ending my juice consumption - he would signal me his message by loudly mimicking the juice extractor sound every
day !

In other words, the zionist Gestapo had planned to kill me by the return of cancer growth to my body. A legal form of assassination, you might consider it !

As if this is not bad enough, a recent rapid chain of events proves the zionist Gestapo wants me dead now, and that it might have got the combine of Big Pharma and psychiatry to carry that out . Here is what happened.

Over the past couple of months I served notice to both the Chief Psychiatrist office and to the office of the Minister for Mental Health that I intend to bring the psychiatric torture of my daughter before the Supreme Court of Victoria, including the accountability of that office holder. As a result, the hostility towards my daughter by her “treating psychiatrist” increased rather than diminished, and with complete disregard to my views as her representative.

This hostility, coming on top of my nightly harassment by the zionist Gestapo, and on top of the eviction notice which could turn me homeless by the end of November, had put my life under a very stressful situation, causing me uncontrollable coughing. I then contacted my GP for consultation and for help, and after checking my blood pressure, heartbeat, and my weight, as well as giving my blood samples for various testing, nothing seemed to be going wrong at that stage. So he fixed for me Friday , 17th October to visit him again, and I did.

However, shortly after my arrival at his clinic, I noticed that he had made all the necessary preparations for transferring me to Dandenong Hospital for treatment against pneumonia. When I refused, my trusted GP turned to me and stated as follows : “if you refuse treatment at the hospital you will be dead in 3 days !”

Treatment against pneumonia would mean accepting”anti-biotics”, abandoning my successful enhancement of my natural resistance (including a sugar free diet), and substituting it with diet irrelevant to my condition, as well as all kinds of Big Pharma poisons which could only lead to my early death !

When the ambulance brought me to the Dandenong Hospital late that Friday afternoon I was adamant, of course, on my right to go back home. But they kept me there unnecessarily for two more precious hours before they let go of me, and after getting me to sign a document which absolves them of any responsibility.

It was getting dark when I was allowed to walk free out of the hospital, and I was not familiar with the surroundings of the Dandenong Hospital, but I kept on walking down the main road for about an hour. I then put my optimism to test again by knocking on a nearby door for help. Yes, a cab was called in to take me back home, and a 20 dollar note was put in my hand to pay for it. Consider what would have happened to this entire humanity without such wonderful ordinary people !

I managed to be back home in time to consume my mug of fresh carrot juice, and I am now looking forward to fixing all the problems in a completely self reliant manner, and I am confident of success !

Chapter 27 : MORE ON THE TREACHERY AND DECEPTIONS OF MAZIN CUMSIYEH

When Dr. Mazin Cumsiyeh describes his dolce vita in the USA as “my journey in the US was wonderful and highly successful“, he is deliberately lying, because included in his highly successful achievements there is the purchase of at least one house. No one can complete a scientific study career and have enough money left to purchase a house in the USA. What he has been hiding from his Palestinian colleagues is the fact that right from the word go he compromised his scientific integrity in return for bribes by Big Pharma. Hence his dolce vita in the USA !

In fact, from a scientific point of view his study journey in the USA was a complete failure !

Chapter 26 : HAS MAZIN QUMSIYEH BEEN THE PALESTINIAN PLAYBOY OF THE ZIONIST GESTAPO - DOES HE CONTINUE TO PLAY THIS ROLE NOW, IN OCCUPIED PALESTINE ?

Of all the Palestinian intellectuals to whom I addressed my protest messages on this blog none deserves more the title of intriguer (in its most negative meaning) than Dr. Mazin Qumsiyeh. Also, and according to his own account, ever since he graduated from a Jordanian university in 1977 at the age of 21 , and had worked as teacher in Palestine for 18 months , he experienced the dolce vita of the USA where he still owns at least one house, in addition to the house he owns in Beit Sahur, occupied Palestine to which he has returned earlier this year. All these Palestinian intellectuals have been privileged in the sense that they have not been on the zionist Gestapo’s black list ,therefore escaped torture, harassment etc. But none has done the playboy role so successfully as Mazin Qumsieh did for almost 30 years. Which is why he considers himself “genius”.

I do not know Qumsiyeh personally, but the first articles I ever read from him left a question mark over the honesty and integrity of this Palestinian playboy author. I would soon encounter his very nasty side when he viciously attacked me for criticising the new Badil website manageress, shortly after my A$1000 donation to that website. I then requested Qumsiyeh that he take me off his mailing list, but he refused to do so and continued to send me his newsletter, until he stopped recently following my protest messages, which leads me to believe that he has been most active behind the hostile conspiracy of silence against me by those privileged Palestinian intellectuals.

In one of the last emails I got from him on the 15th August he reveals his plan to visit his home in Palestine, as he has done each year before. Then, in a kind of brief review of his dolce vita in the USA he says : “Thus, my journey in the US was wonderful and highly successful“. He then goes on to brag about the good life he has enjoyed during his world travels too.

To conclude his plans for his current visit to Palestine he reveals his desires as follows :
“- Continue the never-ending work to improve myself and fight the demons within.
- Having fun!”

Now, having managed to destroy my own years of anti-zionist efforts, he sure will have a big battle within himself, for his betrayal of the Palestinian cause. However, as is typical to his dishonesty with his own people, he is not going to have any pangs of conscience, because his purpose is “having fun !” even inside suffering Palestine, under the brutal zionist occupation !

Upon reading his own account of his dolce vita in the USA and elsewhere you would think that any Palestinian can do that. Not so ! When Qumsiyeh enjoyed his dolce vita, and all the world’s doors opened for him, other Palestinians entry to Palestine and/or to the USA had been denied. Other Palestinians had been jailed or murdered by the zionist Gestapo. During his dolce vita in the USA I happened to apply for a visa to the USA for myself and my daughter, to help her escape the trap of psychiatry which the zionist Gestapo had arranged for her. The local USA consulate, on orders from Tel Aviv, refused me a visa. It all depends if one is on the zionist Gestapo black list or not, and Mazin Qumsiyeh has never been blacklisted by the zionist Gestapo !

Chapter 25 : THE IMPLICATIONS OF AND THE PERSONAL MESSAGE I AM GETTING FROM THIS DEAFENING SILENCE BY PALESTINIAN INTELLECTUALS

So far I did not get any reply to my questions, nor any message of solidarity, and much less any apology or any other friendly response from those Palestinian intellectuals to whom I addressed my protest messages for the past two months on this blog of my autobiography.

This deafening silence carries with it a very hostile message to me personally.It is this:
“we are not interested in the torturing of your daughter and son at the insistence of the zionist Gestapo nor do we want know about your own nightly harassment by the zionist Gestapo. If they and yourself are suffering, then bad luck. We have got enough problems of our own (although none of us has suffered as you and your family).

Also we are not interested in your views and warnings against collaboration with the zionist enemy, and we do not need your advice. You can stop publishing posts on your blogs about Palestine, because we do not trust you, and we do not appreciate your efforts.
We can do well without you. Leave us alone and do not bother us any longer.

As for your research of psychiatry we are opposed to it, as it is offensive to our psychiatrists and and to our medical doctors. We do not want to have anything to do with it. Keep your research to yourself and for your daughter and for your son.

Your views on zionist impostors like Noam Chomsky and Uri Avnery are wrong. They are strong supporters of the Palestinian cause, and they are famous for it all over the world. Unlike people like yourself they are not critical of us, therefore we cherish their friendship. Yes, we do prefer their friendship on yours.”

This is the hostile message to me. The implications go much further than this personal hostility to me. It would mean the surrender of Palestinian armed resistance to the zionist enemy, and increasing collaboration with the zionist apartheid regime of Israel.

In the field of psychiatry and general medicine it would mean increased psychiatric oppression and the poisoning of patients with Big Pharma produced poisons.

This deafening silence message does not augur well for the Palestinian cause. For me it is a very hard blow, but it is going to deter other good people too.

Chapter 24 :HAS THE WRONG ATTITUDE TO PSYCHIATRY GOT ANYTHING TO DO WITH WRONG PALESTINIAN HOSTILITY TO ME ?

There is a psychiatrist in Gaza, who is in charge of the ,so called ,
”Mental Health Care” in the Gaza strip. No doubt there are other Palestinian
psychiatrists in The West Bank, and one of them is undoubtedly in charge of a similar ”Mental Health Care Service” there. Common to all psychiatrists in Palestine and elsewhere (in Israel there is a woman psychiatrist who is in charge of Doctors for Human Rights there, and they purport to protect the Palestinians from zionist medical abuse) is that they are staunch defenders of the status quo, and of the transnational drug corporations (Big Pharma )in particular (in return for bribes from it).

Following the completely unjustified arbitrary detention of my daughter at the age of 15 by a shrink (a psychiatrist who cause the brain of the patient-victim to shrink) over 30 years ago ,I had to undertake a research of psychiatry and the crimes of its shrinks. The end results are the 23 of my blogs on psychiatry (see chapter 14 of this autobiography). I have no doubt,therefore, that Palestinian psychiatrists with their colleagues in the medical profession are hostile to me for telling the truth there !

I have to keep guessing because so far I have had no comment whatsoever from any Palestinian website or individual, and some 20 of them have received my protest messages. It is possible that all the reasons that I have guesed so far are accumulative, but I am still waiting for an authorised explanation. Are they all afraid to expose themselves or is it, perhaps , a deliberate decision to ignore me, even if they would be accused of helping the zionist Gestapo to continue the torture of my son and my daughter and to harass me by their silence?

CHAPTER 23 : DO PALESTINIAN INTELLECTUALS AND PALESTINIAN LEADERS PREFER ZIONIST IMPOSTORS ON GENUINE ANTI-ZIONIST SOLIDARITY COMRADES ?

The answer is yes, if my own painful experience is anything to learn from. For those who consider Mahmud Abbas, the PA president, as a quisling, there might be enough evidence to support their claim, but he himself no doubt relies on the support of a great number of Palestinian intellectuals and community leaders - inside Palestine and outside it - who support his collaboration with the zionist apartheid regime of Israel !

Fearing a renewal of internal fratricidal war in occupied Palestine I reluctantly agreed to publish on my Against Zionist Apartheid blog an article by Khalid Amyreh as a post there . The article strongly demands an end to the PA and I wrote to him (via his American friend) that I publish his article, as a post on my blog, but only with great trepidation,and that therefore I shall not disseminate it. . However, my painful experience shows that exactly the opposite is likely to happen. The Palestinian intellectuals might not be united behind the armed resistance to the zionist occupation of their country, but they are certainly united behind hostility to me, mainly because my research and exposure of zionist impostors like Noam Chomsky and Uri Avnery, and of their cabals. My conclusion is based on the bitter reality that since August 6, when I first began to expose the Palestinian strange hostility to me, to this day I have had no comment, much less an apology from any Palestinian organisation or individual.

They prefer, apparently, the deceitful “credentials” and fame of zionist impostors on the very painful zionist Gestapo test that I have been under for 45 years. Plain common sense says that if the zionist enemy has been doing its utmost to destroy me and my family then there must be a reason ( a fascist “reason”, yet a reason from a zionist point of view). It is for the same reason the zionist Gestapo has never harassed any zionist impostors or or any of their Palestinian friends, namely, that myself and my anti-zionist work are considered dangerous by the zionist apartheid regime of Israel whereas the impostors and their friends are not ! You would think that patriotic Palestinians would congratulate me and send me messages of solidarity, but nothing of the kind has ever occurred !

CHAPTER 22 : MORE ON ZIONISTS, ON GENUINE ANTI-ZIONISTS, AND ON MY PUNISHMENT BY THE ZIONIST GESTAPO EVER SINCE 1963

As I mentioned in previous chapters of this autobiography my harassment by the zionist Gestapo began some 45 years ago in Israel, following the publication of my article by a daily newspaper , Al Hamishmar, an article which criticised Israel’s nuclear bombs and missiles race with its Arab neighbours, a race which had then only began.

I was alerted to the Dimona nuclear bombs news by an open letter, published as an ad in a newspaper, signed by Hebrew University professors who resigned in protest from the Israeli Nuclear Committee as soon as they discovered the military purpose of the Dimona pile. I immediately contacted Prof. Martin Buber, an organiser of the group, and travelled to Jerusalem to meet him. He confirmed to me that the Dimona pile's only purpose was to manufacture nuclear bombs.

I then wrote that article and had it published by Al Hamishmar. Prior to that I have been a participant in peace activities ever since 1954, but not considered by the zionist Gestapo “dangerous” enough, apparently, to harass me, and besides I was not anti-zionist at that early stage of my political actrivities. My actual harassment began only following the publication of that article.

Following the June 1967 zionist Blizkrieg aggression and invasion of Arab lands I emigrated to Australia, and one of my main activities here since my arrival in 1968 was to study zionism ,and to write a book about the history of zionist colonisation of Palestine. I did complete the book but could not find a publisher for the manuscript, although I received good remarks for it. However, this manuscript and my public efforts to tell the Australian public about the ongoing zionist atrocitries in Palestine, has attracted to me the ire of the zionist Gestapo and as a result, the resumption of my harassment and with it the beginning of the psychiatric torture of my daughter.

As I mentioned earlier in this autobiography the zionist Gestapo, with the active participation of the local zionist leaders, have done their utmost to poison all the wells for me and to surround me and my family with isolation and hostility and/or indifference. I do not know if these hostile efforts have resulted in non-cooperation from the local Palestinian community, I only know that such non co-operation verging on hostility has been what I have encountered for the past 40 years.

However, nothing had prepared me for the fact that my own anti-zionist activities for which I have been punished by the zionist Gestapo would encounter complete indifference from local Palestinians, especially since the psychiatric torture of my daughter and later of my son has been going on for so many years. Moreover, the more I exposed zionist crimes and zionist impostors, the more I encountered this hostility/indifference from Palestinians. It boggles my mind just to think about it :
why would Palestinians extol and admire zionist impostors and reject an anti-zionist with a proven record, and who has been severly punished by the zionist Gestapo for for these same anti-zionist activities ?

I just refuse to believe that they all have been bought over by the zionist Gestapo, nor do I believe that just poisoning of the wells by the zionist Gestapo would by itself cause these Palestinians to regard a genuine comrade like myself as an enemy. I do not know for sure, but it seems that their wrong education - academic eduction !- has got something to do with it. This is certainly true in regard to, so called ,"Political Scientists",as there is no such thing as political science in reality, because if it is political then it is determined by personal views and interests, not by science, and the personal views have been shaped by the university studies and exams which in turn are shaped by the political regime.

The other possibility is that those Palestinians do not agree with my research of Noam Chomsky, Uri Avnery and their ilk, a three year research that proves that these are zionist impostors, are not genuine supporters of the Palestinian cause, therefore should be regarded as zionists rather than as supporters of the Palestinian cause. The answer to them is that they should ask those impostors themselves why don’t they oppose zionism, which is a legitimate question, nay, a necessary question to ask to find out if those impostors are friends or foes !

Finally, there is this deliberate misuse by some zionist impostors of the term anti-zionism, impostors who purport to support the Palestinian cause so as to gain the trust of Palestinians.They certainly have not been punished by the zionist Gestapo. It is more likely that they are getting paid by the zionist Gestapo, not punished. In my case my record is open for all see, and it proves my genuine solidarity with the Palestnian cause !

To close this post here is one simple question : has any one of those Palestinians who are hostile to me been harassed for 45 years, have they their son/daughter been tortured by the zionist Gestapo for over 30 years like my daughter is on the insistence of the zionist Gestapo? By hostility to me these privileged Palestinians are hurting the Palestinian cause ,which they claim to represent ,not merely myself , as they aid zionism and the zionist apartheid regime of Israel in the continuation of my punishment !

CHAPTER 21 : A NOTE ABOUT MY CURRENT PERSONAL SITUATION

It is time now for me to reassess my personal position so as to be able realistically to perform politically within my means and limitations without being destroyed in the process. The following is the outline of my personal situation and the challenges I have to wrestle with in the near future:

1. Both my daughter and my son continue to be under unjustified compulsory psychiatric“treatment” (legalised torture which is risking their lives ) ordered by the local shrinks, and all my attempt to free them have failed. These continued psychiatric atrocities against them have the full support of their mother (my ex-wife) who has been manipulated by the zionist Gestapo.

2. I have received an eviction notice from the owner of the flat I am renting in Dandenong, an outer suburb of Melbourne, Australia. Accordingly I will have to vacate by November, and I have been looking for a flat to rent where I could live without the nightly harassment by the zionist Gestapo. This is very hard to get now because of the very high rents ( and well beyond my means !)which private owners demand.

3. Despite my complaints which I have expressed in detail in the previous 3 chapters of this autobiography, I have received no comments, and much less solidarity messages, from any Palestinian individual or organisation. This inexplicable and unjustified boycott of me by the people I support is not only painful for me, it also serves well the zionist Gestapo, as it adds further punishment to that which the zionist Gestapo has been inflicting on myself and on my son and my daughter for my anti zionist activities.

4. One additional front the zionist Gestapo has opened against me is on the internet.
My first and main email account was with Yahoo, and I was denied access to it some two years ago. Yahoo was flooded with zionist complaints against the “spam” (meaning my anti-zionist ariticles) I am sending, and as a result Yahoo gradually restricted my ability to send bulk email messages, and eventually denied me any access to my account. This was a hard blow for me, because I lost a huge amount of information which I had stored there, including the email addresses of some 500 of my readers.

A few months later, when I used Gmail as my main email account, a similar hostile process occurred there too. It resulted in the denial of the Send facilities and ended with complete lock out. It is more than 2 weeks now that I could not send any message from my Gmail account. My present Hotmail account is very limited in the number of messages I can send (no more than 50 addresses for one message and no more than 250 addresses during 24 hours).

Based on the above reality I will have to find a way to cope and meet the challenges but I remain optimistic.

CHAPTER 20 : MORE ON ZIONISM ,ZIONIST IMPOSTORS,ANTI-ZIONISTS, AND THE PALESTINIAN CAUSE

No one can dispute the fact that zionism - the ideology and the organisation - is the root cause of all the suffering, the injustices, the atrocities ,and the brutality which have been inflicted on the Arab people of Palestine over the past 60 years ( and over the 60 years before that). It follows then that zionism being the main enemy, opposition to zionism should be considered as a fundamental requirement for genuine solidarity with the Palestinian cause. In other words, no one can be considered a supporter of the Palestinian cause, unless the person is anti-zionist by word and by deed. Therefore no ideological or political acrobatics or even protest action can be a substitute for a genuine anti-zionist position. Loyalty to zionism and/or to the zionist apartheid regime of Israel are tantamount to collaboration with it ,and/or complicity in zionist war crimes and zionist crimes against humanity.

Furthermore, as a lasting peace in the Middle East must be a just peace ,which will address and redress the zionist injustices inflicted on the Arab people of Palestine, no one can claim to be a genuine peace activist without being anti-zionist. Thus, for example, Uri Avnery proclaimed himself a “peace activist” soon after the end of the zionist war of ethnic cleansing (1947-1949) during which he volunteered to a zionist commando unit. He again continued to regard himself as a “peace activist” following the zionist blizkrieg invasion of Arab lands in early June 1967; this while volunteering to creat war hysteria in Israel as an enthusiastic supporter of the zionist aggression. Uri Avnery has been a fanatical zionist of the Jabotinsky variety all his life, and to regard him as a “peace activist” is an absurd ,and no more than a zionist propaganda lie !

Zionist impostors, like Chomsky and Avnery, are adamant about their zionist loyalty, namely, their endorsement of the zionist big lie regarding the “Jewish nation” (to which they belong,of course) and regarding the “homeland” of that "nation" as Palestine/Zion/Eretz Israel. As a consequence they support the zionist apartheid regime of Israel, and the 2 states “solution” which would preserve it. Other than that they are prepared to do any acrobatics to please their Palestinian friends and to gain their trust, except declaring themselves as anti-zionist.
Each of the two has a large cabal of followers and admirers, and some of them have organised their own cabals. Therefore zionist impostors are a big problem and an obstacle on the Palestinian road to liberation and to a just peace in the Middle East.No wonder the zionist Gestapo has never tried to undermine them, much less punish them, as it does to genuine anti-zionists.

Internationally, the damage those two zionist impostors inflict on the cause of a just peace and on the Palestinian cause is even greater than the damage they inflict inside Palestine. With the secret support of the zionist propaganda machine ( by “attacking” them to make peace activists and Leftists trust them), and with the open support and promotion by the media, those zionist impostors and their cabals sow confusion and create divisions among Leftists and among peace activists in Western countries, USA in particular. Worse still, even Palestinians and other Arabs and Islamists who live in the West have fallen into the Chomsky-Avnery traps, and some of them count as devotees and admirers of the two zionist impostors !

CHAPTER 19 : IS GENUINE SOLIDARITY UNILATERAL OR IS IT MUTUAL ?

In the previous two chapters I pointed out that sham solidarity with the Palestinian cause is rewarded by the zionist Gestapo, whereas genuine solidarity and effective opposition to zionism and to the zionist apartheid regime of Israel is punished by it.

I also proposed it as a tested measure for knowing who is a friend and who is an enemy of the Palestinian cause, in addition to the declared opposition to zionism, or the absence of it. I also indicated that I have passed all these tests successfully, although with great pain and sufferings, particularly on part of my daughter and of my son. These pain and sufferings are ongoing for the three of us, and we know that we are up against not only the zionist Gestapo, but also the local secret police who collaborate with it.

Painful and destructive as it is, the zionist Gestapo punishment is also a source of pride, as it proves that my opposition to zionism, exposing the zionist crimes in particular, has been very effective. However, both myself and my daughter and my son need to know that we are not alone, and that the solidarity that I have shown with the Palestinian cause is not only appreciated by the oppressed Palestinians, but also reciprocated by them in mutual solidarity with us.

The persecution and torture of my daughter, and later of my son too, has not been kept a secret by me. I have written in detail about it in my old printed newsletter (1991-1997), in my online autobiography (since 2004), and in my series of online blogs which expose the crimes of psychiatry ever since 2006. Yet to this day I have had no message of solidarity from the Palestinians or from any of their supporters. Not even a single one message of solidarity !

There might be a few possible explanations for this wrong attitude by the people I support, but I could not find any to justify the wrong attitude. So I am still baffled by it, and I am still seeking an explanation, particularly as I witness the growing popularity of top zionist impostors among Palestinian intellectuals, and among some Palestinian leaders. Could it be that the zionist Gestapo has managed to poison the wells and confuse those intellectuals and leaders so much that they can‘t tell a friend from a foe ?

Chapter 18 : More On Genuine Supporters and On Purported “Supporters” of the Palestinian Cause

To my post titled, ARE ZIONISM AND THE PALESTINIAN CAUSE COMPATIBLE ? ( http://2ndridad.blogspot.com/), I received two diametrically opposed comments.The negative one comes from a purported “supporter” of the Palestinian cause, the other is from a honest supporter, and both are from the USA.

The positive and honest one came from Robin Mclaren. It reads :

“Thank you for a great article Ben. On a personal note, a WHACKO woman who wanted to make peace quilts for Palestinian children (she's a quilter and I suggested the project), asked me if I thought it wouldn't be a GREAT idea to get together with Tikkun, Rabbi Lerner.
NO THANKS I said. He's another one of these "peaceful" Zionists masquerading.

Let me now deal with the negative one. His name is Jake Terpstra, and he angrily accused me of attacking in my above article people who “support my goals”. His email message included , in the CC field, the email address of Miriam Adams (also a purported “supporter” of the Palestinian cause in the USA ,who attacked me before for a different post of mine ). I replied to him, with a copy to Miriam Adams, as follows :

If you are a honest person, and you have read my blogs on Chomsky and Avnery you would know that they merely masquerade as supporters of the Palestinian cause while in reality they are loyal zionists, and therefore enemies of the Palestinians.

Exposing zionist impostors makes the Palestinian cause stronger not weaker.

who is Norm Finkelstein ? He is a zionist academic masquerading as a pro-Palestinian peace activist and a devoted follower and crony of Noam Chomsky. He is as dishonest as Chomsky is. He himself confessed last year (during an interview by Palestine Chronicle) that he is not anti-zionist, and that his zionist students know that he is not opposed to the State of Israel. As for his "Holocaust Industry" book he has been silent there, or elsewhere, on the main and most important point ,namely zionist collaboration with the Hitler regime (and with the Mussolini regime before that).

My final reply to him, following another diatribe from him, was as follows. So far without any reply from him ( or from Miriam).

your message seems somewhat angry, for some reason unknown to me. I mean, whether I fully agree with anybody or not is my own private matter, and it has got nothing to do with the subject matter of this correspondence. However, I shall not dodge your angry question, and shall continue to be honest with you.

However, let me ask you first for the reason you have dropped Miriam Adams from this late message of yours ? Perhaps go even further and tell us why did you CC' her in the first place ? Has she got to do anything with your comment on my article, or what ? Anyway, you would notice that I added her name back in the To field of this message, otherwise it won't be fair to her.

Now to your question. Firstly, you contradict yourself - don't you ? - by opening your message with this sentence : "I learned long ago to not get 100% tied to any one person's position", and ending with this sentence : "Is there ANYONE who's positions you fully agree with, besides your own?" I mean, if you state that you have learned not to "get 100% tied" to anybody's position, it means that you reserve the right to disagree with everybody, does it not ? (and go from there, perhaps, to argue/prove that your position is correct !).

Secondly, if you go ahead and read all my 46 blogs you will not find a single post where I adopt a personal position divorced from the objective reality on any issue. I am interested in the issues not in personal confrontation. As for the Palestinian cause specifically I support it because it is just; because I am opposed to racism and to fascism; and because I am on the side of the oppressed, and against the oppressors. These moral principles are my yard stick to measure any opinion/policy/ideological position, and it is completely free of any personal considerations. Having said that, each human being is different, of course, but as long as we stick to our basic moral principles ( which are common to the entire humanity ) we can make them the basis for unity between us !

Let us now consider the case of this Norman Finkelstein, who for some unknown reason has managed to bamboozle and confuse quite a number of his devotees, including even genuine anti-imperialists and genuine anti-zionists.

First, let us remember what has not been disputed by anyone, including Finkelstein himself, namely, that he has been a crony and follower of Noam Chomsky, the top zionist impostor in the USA.

Secondly, let us remember what Finkelstein himself had admitted in an interview, namely, that he is not anti-zionist. How can anybody be considered a genuine supporter of the Palestinian cause if that person is not opposed to zionism !

There is still another, and even more reliable test , a test which I would call the zionist Gestapo test. Any Palestinian who lives in occupied Palestine and resists the zionist occupation knows it too well. The thousands of Palestinians who survived as political prisoners, under the systematic torture by the zionist Gestapo torturers ,without succumbing to their torturers, know very well that test. Me too. I know that zionist Gestapo test too well, despite the fact that myself and my family have been living in Australia for over 40 years now.

Among all those purported “supporters” of the Palestinian cause - Chomsky,Avnery, Finkelstein and their cabals - there is not one who was ever been harassed by the zionist Gestapo, much less experience the torture of his family by this fascist secret police as I did. On the contrary, the more they write,talk and play out their “support” for the Palestinian cause, the higher their fortunes climb. Noam Chomsky has made (and continues to make !) millions of dollars out of his books, articles, lectures etc. and he has been getting accolades from the Left, as well as some Palestinians, all the time for his role as a zionist impostor, and so do all the other zionist impostors.

Finkelstein, is at least as good as Chomsky as a zionist impostor. His recent expulsion from Israel upon arrival there only enhanced his “supporter” image amongst the “Left”. The official zionist “criticism”of both Chomsky, Finkelstein and their cabals seems to have this purpose, namely, to promote those zionist impostors among Left and anti-imperialist individuals and organisations.

Therefore let it be repeated again that the most reliable test to find out who is a genuine supporter of the Palestinian cause is the zionist Gestapo test. Those who have been through it and did not succumb can be safely considered as genuine supporters of the Palestinian cause. Myself and my children are in a similar position. Both my son and my daughter are still being tortured by the shrinks at the insistence of the zionist Gestapo, and I myself am still under nightly harassment too, as I have explained in detail in chapter 17 and in other chapters of this autobiography.

Three leftist factions continue efforts to end internal Palestinian crisis

Afterholding a meeting with Hamas leaders on Thursday evening, the LeftistBloc ;The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), theDemocratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine (DFLP), and thePalestinian People's Party (PPP) held a meeting with Fatah leaders,issuing the following statement:

1. All factions agree to prohibit all political arrests, and to act inorder to form a National Committee in the West Bank and anothercommittee in Gaza. This is to end the file of political prisoners, andto act together to create a document to prohibit all political arrests.Hamas and Fatah should be part of this Committee.

2. The factions agreed that the Israeli lack of commitment to the trucerequires all national and Islamic factions to weigh the situation, andmake a decision that maintains the Palestinian right to resist theoccupation.

3. The factions agreed on the necessity of holding a comprehensivenational dialogue based on the Cairo Declaration, the core of theYemeni Initiative and the National Unity Document.

Member of the Political Bureau of the PFLP, Rabah Mhanna, stated thatthe Thursday meeting is part of a series of meetings and talks carriedby the leftist powers in order to create a momentum to speed-up thecomprehensive national talks.

He added that on Saturday, August 16, the Leftist Bloc will hold a meeting with Hamas and the Islamic Jihad.

CHAPTER 17 : MY NIGHTLY HARASSMENT BY THE ZIONIST GESTAPO, THE “FRIENDLY” BOYCOTT AND HOSTILITY TO ME BY THE PEOPLE I SUPPORT, AND THE CONTINUED PSYCHIATRIC TORTURE OF MY DAUGHTER AND OF MY SON BY THE SHRINKS ON THE INSISTENCE OF THE ZIONIST GESTAPO

It is rather strange - is it not ? - to be severely harassed and persecuted by the zionist Gestapo for being an anti-zionist Israeli peace activist ,and yet simultaneously being targeted by “friendly fire” from Palestinians, and by their purported supporters, yet this is what has happened to me over the past 45 years, and it still goes on unabated.

As I have pointed out before in this autobiography, the zionist Gestapo has been harassing me and my family for over 45 years now. I am still harassed nightly by sleep deprivation ( which is an internationally listed torture method ) wherever I live, as I have been awoken every night for over 7 years now ( every single night for over 7 years !), ever since I returned home from hospital where a tumour was removed from my colon.

However,this is a minor punishment compared to the continuous psychiatric torture of my daughter for over 30 years, and of my son for over 16 years by Melbourne shrinks at the insistence of the zionist Gestapo. Worse still ,their mother (my ex-wife), has been collaborating with the zionist Gestapo which has manipulated her into collaborating with the shrinks in the torture of her own children !

Can anybody find any similar punishment perpetrated by the zionist Gestapo for anti -zionist activities ? Surely, I don’t need any further punishment from Palestinians nor from their purported supporters !

There is nothing new in the account above, as most details are in the previous chapters of this autobiography. However, what I have not mentioned so far ( except for the hostility I was facing at the Palestine Solidarity Committee here in Melbourne from other members who purported to support the Palestinian cause) is the non-cooperation from Palestinians who lived in Melbourne. To me, this “friendly fire” was also the works of the zionist Gestapo which managed to poison all the wells for me, no matter where or whom I turned to for friendship and for cooperation amongst the Left or Palestinians in Melbourne. I could not find any other explanation for that “friendly fire” against me, although I have witnessed with horror how Palestinian leaders and intellectuals have been courting zionist impostors, and adapting to their demands.

I shall mention below two examples of Palestinian non-cooperation/hostility against me, as they are the prominent but certainly not isolated cases. As a rule, and as far as I can recall, no Palestinian website (or pro Palestinian website) has ever published any of my articles which I had emailed it, and I have tried that repeatedly for years. By comparison zionist impostors like Noam Chomsky, Norman Finkelstein, Uri Avnery and their cabals had free access - indeed their articles have been sought after by those same websites ! - as well as to all the other Left sites which have been closed to my articles.

For the readers who would doubt the quality, sincerity or contents of my articles I hereby extend an invitation to visit my blogs ( see the full list at chapter 14) and judge for themselves.

The first of the above examples of Palestinian non-cooperation/hostility occurred a few years ago, but to this day I never got an apology, or any sign of regret. The Palestinian organisation claimed to be concerned mainly with the Palestinian refugees’ right to return. I was attracted to it not only because of my full support for this right, but also because it promoted the call for BDS (boycott,divestment, sanctions) against the zionist apartheid regime of Israel issued by Palestinian Civil Society. So much so that I decided to donate to it 1000$A ( which I could hardly afford), and I did ,and got confirmation for receiving my donation. However, the director of the organisation got married in the meantime to a European woman who soon revealed herself - as the organisation’s new director - to be influenced by zionist impostors like Norman Finkelstein. To counter that I emailed to her my own article which - based on an article by a Palestinian author - exposed the treachery of Finkelstein and of his mentor Chomsky, but she completely ignored my article without giving any reason, let alone an apology.

The second example occurred only a few weeks ago. It concerns an American woman of jewish background by the name Miriam Adams who was one of my most active readers, emailing me positive comments which I liked very much because she purported to be a strong supporter of the Palestinian cause, and she emailed to me various articles which opposed zionism and supported the Palestinian cause. So I was greatly appreciative of such an unusual support.Then, all of a sudden ,she recently emailed to me reports written by Khalid Amayreh , reports/articles which strongly criticised the PA for its brutal suppression of dissent in the West Bank, and for its collaboration with the rulers of Israel. I agreed, of course, with his criticism, but I replied by telling him, via Miriam Adams, that I shall publish his article/report only with great trepidation, as it could lead to the renewal of the fratricidal war in Palestine. Therefore, I told him, that I shall not disseminate it amongst my readers. I also added that it would be better if, instead of internal hostility, there would be daily demonstrations against PA policies, even at the risk of arrests and torment, calling on the PA police not to attack brothers but to join them. Here is how he replied to me via Miriam Adams :

"I can't see his point. The PA is tormenting and persecuting its own people. As journalists, it is our human, moral, and national duty to denounce this behavior.

Ultimately, the struggle is not really a power struggle, since there is little power if any at stake.

The struggle in my opinion is over Palestinian rights. Israel is not against Hamas because of the terror issue, Israel is against Hamas because Hamas insists on restoring Palestinian rights in full, at least with regard to the West Bank, E. Jerusalem, Gaza, and the right of return.

Fatah, Israel believes, will be more willing to give concessions. That is the crux of the matter.

It is actually no reply to me by Khalid, because I did not dispute the facts that he mentions. What I disputed and opposed was his reckless push of the Palestinian people into a fratricidal war, a war which would only benefit the zionist apartheid regime of Israel. Obviously he ignores my criticism. Would it not have been more effective if instead of pouring oil on the internal fire, to organise, or at least call for peaceful demonstrations by the Palestinian people all over occupied Palestine against the PA policies, against the zionist apartheid regime of Israel, even at the risk of arrest and torment ? I did tell him that - and even suggested posters which would call the PA police to join in ! - but he obviously ignores my proposed action, and he has the full support of Miriam Adams who attacked me, calling me sarcastically a “liberated anti-zionist” !

Below is my last email message to her for which I got no reply . The first issue mentioned in my message is her defence for her inaction against the imperialist plutocracy in her own country (in the context of her claim to be a working class person). The rest concerns my reply to Khalid and to her attack on me.

“Miriam,

there are still several important issues that you avoid or are unaware of ,for some reasons unknown to me, and yet you accuse me of being "judgemental" to other people, including yourself, by merely pointing out those issues !

The first issue (in the order of your letter) is what you call "live and let live". This is an old bourgeois cliche, one of many false propaganda lies implanted in the minds of people by the rulers to sedate the oppressed and angry minds. Ostensibly it sounds fair but in reality it is misleading and false. In truth it means : don't bother about justice, honesty and other human values, just do your own thing - no matter how wrong it is ! - and let others do the same. Another variation of the same theme is : "scratch my back and I'll scratch yours", and this one is the fundamental guide of organised crime syndicates (like the Mafia etc.). A class conscious working class person would rather say : let us join forces together to defeat our class enemy !

The next one is honesty - complete and absolute honesty ! - between comrades in struggle. As I mentioned to you in my previous message, you had criticised me behind my back by telling Khalid that it is wrong for me to "criticise" him, rather than asking me for explanation and/or pointing out to me directly that you consider my "criticism" wrong.

The next one is your distortion of my (emphasised ) objection to recklessly pushing the Palestinian people into a fratricidal conflict, rather than looking for ways to unite them against their real enemies, as I pointed out to Khalid but he prefers to ignore ( encouraged by your comment !). Your are deliberately accusing me of being one of "liberated" anti Zionists who assume that they know what would be best for Palestinians in their struggle..." when I specifically pointed out to you that this is not what I was doing or intended to do to Khalid. I repeat again that it is the duty of comrades in solidarity to warn of the great danger of sliding into a fratricidal conflict rather than let them slide into this horrendous disaster which would benefit only the zionist apartheid regime of Israel. I also repeat again that I did not and never intended to "assume that I know what would be best for Palestinians in their struggle", and least of all to lecture them, but I would not be a genuine solidarity comrade if I would hide my concern for the impending disaster, if hostile confrontation is not avoided !

To conclude my position on the matter of solidarity with the Palestinian cause let me put it as follows : people who live outside occupied Palestine, have no right to lecture the Palestinians there, on the ground, even if they believe it to be in the interests of the Palestinians. However, there are two issues which require genuine solidarity comrades to take action, rather than stay passive. One is to warn of a fratricidal war when there is such imminent danger ; the other is to warn against collaboration with zionists and/or against collaboration with the zionist apartheid regime of Israel. In the current case of Khalid there are both the danger of collaboration with the enemy as well as the danger of fratricidal war. Therefore , it is the duty of genuine solidarity comrades to warn against a fratricidal war, and at the same time to support peaceful mass protests by the people against the PA collaboration policies.

CHAPTER 16 : OVERCOMING CANCER

At the end of the year 2000 I was told by a specialist physician that the X-ray scan and other tests have discovered a cancerous tumour in my colon, and that I would need to be operated on as soon as possible to remove the tumour. The operation took place early next year, and the tumour was removed.

After 4 days in hospital I was very weak, and could hardly stand on my feet. However, the worst part was still to come, as I could not have a normal bowel movement. Instead, I was left with an open hole in my bowel to which a plastic bag was attached, and I had to replace the bag with a new one whenever my body waste was discharged into it. That horrible inconvenience lasted several months, so as to let my colon heal, and there was no certainty about the time that healing process would require. I sure was relieved when the surgeon sewed the wound, closing the open wound, thus allowing me to return to normal life.

I was rather happy to know that I have survived it all, and that I was again functioning as a normal person. However, both the surgeon and the specialist doctor had warned me that it was not the end of my trouble. They explained that cancer cells in my body might attack again by forming tumours in any part of my body, an occurrence which could kill me, if I won’t take preventative action. Therefore, they prevailed on me to take two lines of action. First, take for the rest of my life periodical tests, namely, X-ray scanning of my body, and insertions of a camera into my colon to check any signs of malignant growth there. Secondly, regular visits to a cancer specialist to get chemotherapy against cancer.

I did not like those X-ray scans, which required drinking a huge amount of a foul liquid so as to make the scanning result visible (not to mention the radiation absorbed). Nor did I like the idea of “chemotherapy”, which is actually poisoning of the body with chemicals which are more likely to kill than to heal. My basic understanding as a layman has been that the human body has got its own defence mechanism, and that any healing process must have respect for it, and enhance it whenever necessary. Yet modern western medicine has been made to be the appendage of the pharmaceutical industry, which brings enormous profits to Big Pharma, but no healing or health to medical consumers. I therefore made up my mind not to heed the medical advice/warnings, and go to the library to study the problem and how to deal with it, rather than opt for “chemotherapy”and the tests.

I spent a good several days in the local public library, reading all the books about cancer, nutrition, life style and alternative medicine. I reached correct conclusions as the almost seven years that passed since then prove. My conclusions centred on a series of changes to my life style, including proper nutrition, physical activity and my state of mind. Although I was adamant in pursuit of my course of action there was the lingering doubt hovering in my head: am I going to die soon, or will I survive? The reason for the doubt was obvious, as my defiance of medical authority was tantamount to declaring myself, a layman, as having made a correct judgement whereas the medical authorities were wrong! However, my doubts vanished after surviving the first couple of years, and feeling better each year.

I did not waste time in implementing my plan. I bought a used push-bike, and began to make daily long distance rides. I fell off it several times as I was not physically fit, and had little experience in riding a bicycle. I even had a serious accident, and was nearly run over by a car, but I continued to persist resulting in improving my riding skills by the day. Also, I purchased a juice extractor enabling me to drink daily fresh fruit and vegetable juice. I stopped altogether consuming sugar and sugar products of any kind. I enjoyed the vegetarian meals I prepared for myself, and kept away from any kind of junk foods. So much was I rewarded as a result of my life style changes, that I could afford to fully return to political activities, as well as my activities in defence of my daughter and son, whom the shrinks have been grinding and torturing at the insistence of the zionist Gestapo which was using the mother against her own daughter and son.

CHAPTER 15 : ARE HUMANS AND ALL OTHER ANIMALS AT PRESENT UNDER THE THREAT OF THE ULTIMATE ECOLOGICAL CATASTROPHE ON EARTH ?

While my daughter and my son have been tortured and grinded by the shrinks here in Melbourne, Australia, despite their and my protests (but with the collaboration of their mother who has been manipulated by the zionist Gestapo), most of my time and my attention were focused ,of course, on ways to help them out of the psychiatric trap.

However, my attention was also drawn to the increasingly important environmental issues, as one worrisome news item followed another : horrendous draughts and fires, alongside catastrophic floods and landslides, as well as unprecedented storms alongside news of accelerated rate of extinction of animals on land and in the oceans , with land sea and air pollution increasing by the day, and the ice cap melting at an accelerated rate. Scientific forecasts for the short and long term future - particularly in regard to global warming - have been even more menacing, and yet the general impression for the public has been that of “business as usual”, with no alerts, let alone effective action, to change course so as to try and prevent the looming global disaster for all life on our planet.

The last issue of my printed newsletter, which I began to disseminate in late 1990, and was focused on exposing zionist crimes, on the eve of the USA first military aggression against Iraq, was in late 1997.

The following year I wrote, printed and disseminated 3 articles under the following titles :

1. Are the Destructions of the Life Sustaining Systems on Our Planet Irreversible ?

2. The Link Between Violations of Human Rights Under Capitalism and the Current Violations of the Natural Environment.

3. Will the Present Duping of Humanity by the World’s Rulers Lead to the Ultimate Ecological Catastrophes on Our Planet ?

I had no comments from readers, although many of them were heads of organisations which had claimed to be concerned for and protective of the natural environment. The only comment I had ,some two years later, was from a Down To Earth activist, whom I have met occasionally, who quipped to me : “your warning and predictions have proved to be accurate ! “, and he then went on with his daily affairs…

The first of my above articles opens as follows :

“Economic globalisation marks the last and most dangerous phase of world capitalism. It is characterised as the domination of our planet by the transnational corporations. It is our present reality.

Like colossal monsters the transnational corporations - the biggest of them USA based - now vie, now collude for world domination. It is they which cause the accelerated destructions of all life-sustaining systems on our planet. Humanity has never faced such deadly dangers on such a scale before. Yet very little is done to stop those colossal monsters.

The vast majority of the world’s people are not aware of the dangers. Some two thousand million people are busy warding off death by starvation or by disease, as a result of their poverty, and their efforts to merely survive consume their entire being. The rest of the world’s people have been duped, and are being lulled into complacency by those world rulers and by their army of stooges and mercenaries.

Economic growth has been presented to the people as the main reason for the “need” to continue the capitalist system. Used as buzz words by politicians all over the world, economic growth is supposed to be the panacea for all of the world’s problems. Thus, for example, the ceaseless growth of the motorcar industry, which is at the centre of all economic growth, is being “justified” by the employment positions it provides along with its “positive” impact on the balance of payments. The aim is to build more car factories so as to further enhance the economic growth.

The millions of people killed by cars worldwide become a further source for employment : from panel beaters to grave diggers , from tow trucks to ambulances and hospitals - all supposedly benefit from the car industry. Then there are the effects of the cars’ pollution, and the economic growth which results from it too.”

The article then goes on to point out the catastrophic results of economic growth as follows :

“The first and well known of the catastrophic economic growth results have been, of course, the greenhouse effects of economic growth. This is the place to point out that not only under Western capitalism, but also under the regime of the Soviet Union, and under similar regimes, economic growth with its catastrophic results was at the centre of the economy.
Capitalist industries and their means of production, such as the power stations and motorcar industry, have caused the greenhouse effects, i.e. the warming of our planet as a result of air pollution.”

The article then goes on to list various catastrophic changes resulting from the greenhouse effects. Then to the catastrophic results which would follow further expansion of the nuclear power stations - now expanding and proliferating under the false claim that they would solve the pollution problems - having the Chernobyl and other similar nuclear disasters in mind, as follows :

“Then there are the radioactive effects of the nuclear industry - nuclear bombs plants and nuclear power plants - for which Australia is one of the largest supplier of Uranium. In the USA as in the former Soviet Union, many thousands of people had died as a result of nuclear radiation. Hiroshima and Nagasaki, where the nuclear bombs exploded by the USA rulers during the 2nd WW, serve as a reminder of the insanity of nuclear war, while the Chernobyl serves as a reminder of the insanity of nuclear power stations during peace time. However, the permanent, daily problems of the nuclear industry are the increasing amounts of nuclear waste, as there is no safe storage place for it on our planet !”

The article concludes as follows :

“If radical changes - economic, political ,and social changes - which will give full political power directly to the people , thus doing away with capitalism forever, are not forthcoming soon, would the catastrophic cycles on our planet become irreversible ? Will humanity be able to reverse the greenhouse effects , or the destruction of the ozonosphere which protects us from the sun’s harmful radiation ? Could the lands and the oceans be cleaned, say, in twenty years from now ?”

My second article opens by quoting from Amnesty International report for 1998 which coincided with the 50th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. My article then goes to say :

“These principles of interrelation, interdependence, and of mutual reinforcement between various kinds of human rights must surely apply to the environment too. Capitalist destruction of the environment, with all the catastrophic results to the entire humanity, must rate at least as of the equal severity as any violation of human rights of any kind. Ecological catastrophe which kill people by floods, fires, tornadoes, famines, mudslides etc. are as bad as any other form of killing, and surely as bad as any other form of human rights violation.”

The article than goes on to detail the author’s own experiences of human rights violations by the zionist Gestapo of Israel concluding as follows :

“Interestingly, the Australia ABC TV screened a documentary titled, Nice Guys Finish Last, on 28 May, 1998. This excellent and unusual documentary is about whistleblowers in the USA and about one in Australia. Similar to my own case ( of persecution by the zionist Gestapo) those whistleblowers have been mercilessly harassed - they and their families - to the point of beginning to doubt their own sanity ( I never doubted my own, but it had affected my son and my daughter). They too, like my children, have been referred to psychiatrists for “mental illness observation”.They too, like myself, were isolated from other people, maligned, denied jobs, physically harassed etc.

In my 30 years of life in Australia I have never seen any similar documentary. It must have been produced without the knowledge of Australia’s rulers (who are subservient to both the USA rulers and to the zionist apartheid regime of Israel).”

My third article deals with the collaboration of the politicians ,the news media, and the various environmental organisations with the rulers so as to keep the public ignorant of the impending disasters, thus allowing the smooth running of business by the transnational corporations, the world’s rulers.

Here is how the article opens :

“Among the people who have full access to information regarding the perilous situation of life-sustaining systems on our planet complacency is prevalent. There are many organisations around the world for the purported purpose of protecting the natural environment, yet none of them has ever pointed an accusing finger at the capitalist system and failing to demand that the people themselves take direct charge of their own destiny, including our natural environment, of course.”

As for the role of politicians the article says :

“The so called “elected representatives” in the various parliaments around the world are all members of political parties or their orbital “independents”. Under capitalism all political parties which are represented in parliament are capitalist oriented parties. They compete with each other for the favours of the rulers and for the bribe money from the transnational corporations. Each political party tries hard to prove to the rulers that it can manage the country better for them, therefore should form the government. In Australia people are forced to elect any of such parties to the federal or regional parliament. The people in Australia must do that. They cannot even refrain from voting.”
